◇　About hotels　◇

We Do NOT have an SM dungeon, because it's illegal in Japan.
You can either have a session at a "love hotel" or "your hotel".
Sessions outside of the “transportation fee free” zone, must be at least 120 minutes or more.
If you want to book a 60 or 90 minute session, please choose a hotel from the list of hotels that do not require a transportation fee.

◆　Session at a love hotel　◆
You can have a session in any love hotel in Namba area (please check the list at the bottom of this page.).
Many love hotels do not accept reservations, therefore you will meet in front of the hotel and enter with the Mistress.
If you need, you can stay at that love hotel overnight after the session.
※Many love hotels will be full on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.
※We can not book love hotels for you.

◆　Session in your hotel　◆
You have to pay transportation fee for the mistress, when you have a session in your hotel in Namba area (Nihonbashi, Namba, Shinsaibashi).
We do NOT accept sessions at AirBnB, BnB, apartment hotels, hostels, guest houses, capsule hotels etc...
You can have a session, if your hotel is not in one of the categories above.
But many business hotels do not allow SM sessions on their premises. If you want to know if your hotel allows sessions, just send us the hotel name and address and we will try to check for you online.
But it may be the case, that the information found online is out of date and the hotel's rules have changed.
In this case, the session will be held in a nearby love hotel or cancelled. In case of cancelling a fee of 5.000 Yen + the mistress's transportation cost will become necessary.
If your hotel prohibits sessions or if you don't want to take the risk, please come to a love hotel in the Namba area.

Unfortunately, there is no SM room in Namba area.

※Except for the 13 hotels mentioned above, all other 'normal' hotels in the transportation free area prohibit sessions in their rooms.
